¡Saludos amigos y amigas de Hive! Me encuentro nuevamente por acá muy contenta de compartir con ustedes otra anécdota en mi vida. Para mi siempre será grato compartirles algo sobre lo que amo hacer porque por acá siempre recibo comentarios lindos y positivos que me llenan de motivación. 🙌🏻

Esta vez no se trata solo de mi sino también de una amiga que algunos ya conocen, Anelid. Para los que no la conocen, su nombre real es María y es una amiga Calisténica del estado Carabobo. La conocí el año pasado cuando competimos juntas y desde entonces nos volvimos muy unidad gracias a esta hermosa disciplina. Hace unos meses fui a visitarla a su ciudad y nos pusimos de acuerdo para entrenar en un Gym que yo quería conocer. Nos encontramos ese día en el lugar y empezamos con un calentamiento corto ya que tampoco debíamos entrenar fuerte como habitualmente lo hacemos porque ese día era sábado y es uno de nuestros días libres.
This time it is not only about me but also about a friend that some of you already know, Anelid. For those who don't know her, her real name is María and she is a Calisthenic friend from the state of Carabobo. I met her last year when we competed together and since then we have become very close thanks to this beautiful discipline. A few months ago I went to visit her in her city and we agreed to train in a gym that I wanted to know. We met that day at the place and started with a short warm up because we didn't have to train hard as we usually do because that day was Saturday and it's one of our days off.

Luego de calentar, ella y yo empezamos con practicar algunas cosas en la barra fija, como el giro 180, el Dragón 360 y la salida mortal. Ella me había mencionado que tenía mucho tiempo sin practicar Freestyle así que sólo practicó el 180 y un solo Drago 360, pero la salida mortal no porque ella no la tenía y le daba miedo. Yo practiqué todo lo anterior y luego coordinamos hacer unas tomas en parada de manos, V-Sit, Elbow Lever y sus variaciones. Para estas fotos nos ayudó el dueño del gym, José, quien muy amablemente se ofreció a tomarnos las fotos y a grabarnos. Aunque a el también le interesaba hacerlo porque nos quería subir a las redes sociales del gym. Fue muy chevere ☺️🙌🏻
After warming up, she and I started with practising some things on the fixed bar, like the 180 turn, the Drago 360 and the deadlift. She had mentioned to me that she hadn't practiced Freestyle for a long time so she only practiced the 180 and a single Drago 360, but not the deadlift because she didn't have it and was scared of it. I practiced all of the above and then we arranged to do some handstand, V-Sit, Elbow Lever and its variations. For these photos we were helped by the owner of the gym, José, who very kindly offered to take the photos and film us. Although he was also interested in doing it because he wanted to upload us to the gym's social networks. It was very cool ☺️🙌🏻

Luego de tomarnos esas fotos y grabar algunas cositas, Anelid me animó a entrenar junto a ella pero como ella sabía que era mi día de descanso hicimos una rutina súper súper corta de hombros. Luego de terminar la rutina, le mencioné que debía irme antes de las 3pm porque a las 5pm iba a subir la montaña con otros amigos y yo aún no había almorzado (Tenía muchísima hambre 🫣). Nos tomamos unas fotos junto a José y otras en donde solo salimos Anelid y yo. Intentamos algunas poses para vernos lo suficientemente fuertes, algunas funcionaron, otras no tanto jajaja. 🙈
After taking those pictures and recording a few things, Anelid encouraged me to train with her but since she knew it was my rest day we did a super short shoulder workout. After finishing the routine, I mentioned to her that I had to leave before 3pm because at 5pm I was going to climb the mountain with other friends and I still hadn't had lunch (I was really hungry 🫣). We took some photos with José and others where only Anelid and I were in the picture. We tried some poses to look strong enough, some worked, some not so much hahaha. 🙈
