Hola hola amigos y amigas de Hive, espero que todos se encuentren muy bien y hayan tenido una grandiosa mañana. Había descuidado muchísimo mi cuenta acá y ya no quiero que siga pasando, así que, manos a la obra.

En el mes de Julio fui a la montaña con un amigo. Desde ese mes no he vuelto a ir y sinceramente ya lo extraño. Este mes de vacaciones lo aproveché al máximo sólo para entrenar y prepararme para la competencia de Legends Of The Bars (De la que les voy a compartir mi experiencia en los próximos días) pero sobretodo para descansar. He estado trabajando pegada a la computadora y teléfono desde hace 2 años y medio y aunque sé que hay personas que llevan mucho más que yo trabajando de esta manera, mi vista necesitaba un descanso. A pesar de que han pasado algunos meses desde que hice senderismo, me entusiasma de igual forma compartirles las fotos porque siento que quedaron muy bonitas.
In July, I went to the mountains with a friend. I haven't been back since then, and honestly, I miss it. I made the most of this month's holiday, using it solely to train and prepare for the Legends Of The Bars competition (which I will share my experience of with you in the coming days), but above all to rest. I've been working glued to my computer and phone for two and a half years, and although I know there are people who have been working this way for much longer than I have, my eyes needed a break. Even though it's been a few months since I went hiking, I'm still excited to share the photos with you because I think they turned out really nice.

El cielo y el clima estaban espectacular, pudimos disfrutar de cada momento al subir, sin prisa, con calma, y recordando que la vida hay que disfrutarla haciendo lo que más nos gusta hacer. Como es de costumbre en donde sea que nos encontremos nosotros los calisténicos, no pudimos irnos de ese hermoso lugar sin hacer los elementos que más dominamos. En mi caso, podrán ver muchas fotos haciendo parada de manos, V-Sit e I-Sit, y también una plancha de codos en Straddle y Full, mejor conocida como "Elbow Lever". Tampoco me podía ir sin sacar fotos del hermoso paisaje y toda la naturaleza que nos rodeaba. Sin más preámbulo, les comparto las fotos a continuación:
The sky and weather were spectacular, and we were able to enjoy every moment of the climb, without rushing, calmly, and remembering that life should be enjoyed by doing what we love most. As is customary wherever we calisthenics enthusiasts find ourselves, we couldn't leave that beautiful place without doing the elements we master best. In my case, you can see many photos of me doing handstands, V-Sits and I-Sits, as well as an elbow plank in Straddle and Full, better known as ‘Elbow Lever’. I couldn't leave without taking photos of the beautiful landscape and all the nature that surrounded us. Without further ado, here are the photos:

Por suerte no llovió fuerte y pude sacar algunas fotos más, y cuando llegamos a la entrada, el clima volvió a la normalidad y pude seguir tomando fotos cuando pasamos por la urbanización que está justo al lado de la montaña. Las fotos me encantaron y es difícil elegir cuál de todas es mi favorita, porque todas lo son.
After taking so many photos and recording so many videos, we realised it was about to rain, so we decided to start heading down. Luckily, it didn't rain heavily and I was able to take a few more photos. When we got to the entrance, the weather returned to normal and I was able to continue taking photos as we passed through the residential area right next to the mountain. I loved the photos and it's hard to choose which one is my favourite because I love them all.

Al llegar a tierra firme, pasamos por el centro comercial Las Américas porque como es de costumbre, yo no podía irme a casa sin antes tomarme una Chicha o una cocada. Mi amigo y yo nos decidimos por una Chicha así que fuimos al centro comercial a comprarla. Después del centro comercial, me fui a mi casa para poder bañarme, almorzar y descansar. Al llegar me percaté que estaba súper insolada. Me había ido cubierta para evitar broncearme pero cuando nos pusimos a tomarnos las fotos, yo me quedé en top deportivo y por eso me bronceé tanto.
When we arrived on dry land, we stopped by the Las Américas shopping centre because, as usual, I couldn't go home without first having a Chicha or a cocada. My friend and I decided on a Chicha, so we went to the shopping centre to buy it. After the shopping centre, I went home to take a shower, have lunch and rest. When I arrived, I realised I had got very sunburnt. I had covered up to avoid getting a tan, but when we started taking photos, I stayed in my sports top and that's why I got so tanned.
