I don't usually take pictures in the park after a workout but this day I made an exception. I had trained my back and I was feeling very strong hahaha.
I asked some friends to help me with the poses because I'm really bad at it. When I saw the result of them in the photos I was a bit surprised because my back looks more toned than before, I'm very happy about that, although for me it's not enough because I want it to be much better and I'll do that by continuing to train hard. 💪🏻 Here I share with you some of my favourites, I hope you like them.

Hola hola amigos muy buenos días a todos, espero que hayan amanecido muy bien y hayas tenido un gran día ayer Lunes. 🤗✨
Normalmente no acostumbro a tomarme fotos en el parque después de alguna rutina pero este día hice la excepción. Había entrenado espalda y me sentía muy fuerte jajaja.
Le pedí a algunos amigos que me ayudaran con las poses porque yo soy súper mala para eso. Cuando vi el resultado de ellas en las fotos me sorprendí un poco porque la espalda se me ve más tonificada que antes, eso me alegra mucho, aunque para mi no es suficiente porque quiero que esté mucho mejor y eso lo haré siguiendo entrenando fuerte. 💪🏻 Acá les comparto algunas de mis favoritas, espero que sean de su agrado.
