Delicioso Taco de platano verde con Carne🌮😍 || Delicious green plantain taco with meat🌮😍

  Hola amigos de @hivefood feliz martes, ya casi es sabado🤣🤣 con lo rapido que van los dias parece chiste pero es verdad jajaja pero bueno un dia a la vez, hoy quiero compartirles mi almuerzo, un dia mas sin arroz ni pasta, y super saciada, asi que aca les va la receta de este rico taco con platano verde 👇 > Hello friends at @hivefood, happy Tuesday! It's almost Saturday🤣🤣. With how fast the days are going by, it seems like a joke, but it's true, ha ha ha. But anyway, one day at a time. Today I want to share my lunch with you, another day without rice or pasta, and I'm super full, so here's the recipe for this delicious taco with green plantains 👇.   Okey vamos a comenzar picando nuestra carne en cuadritos y como yo la hare en la freidora de aire no los piqué tan pequeños, y el siguiente paso es sazonarla con la paprika, ajo en polvo, y llevarla a la freidora por 12 minutos a 180° > Okay, let's start by cutting our meat into cubes. Since I'm going to cook it in the air fryer, I didn't cut them too small. The next step is to season it with paprika and garlic powder, then put it in the fryer for 12 minutes at 180°C.   Mientras que hacia la carne, hice la tortilla o bueno el taco jaja ustedes entienden, y para esto con el medio platano verde lo rallé por el lado finito y le agregué un huevo y un toque de sal > While I was cooking the meat, I made the tortilla, or rather the taco, haha, you know what I mean, and for this I grated the green plantain on the fine side and added an egg and a pinch of salt.    Luego agreguégamos la mezcla a una plancha bien caliente Y DEJENLO COCINAR SOLO 3 MINUTOS no como yo que me olvidé y se me quemó😂😂😂 pero bueno asi queda👇👇 > Then add the mixture to a hot griddle and LET IT COOK FOR ONLY 3 MINUTES, unlike me, who forgot about it and burned it😂😂😂 but hey, this is how it turns out👇👇  | --|--|  Ya nuestra carne estaba lista y miren lo jugosa que queda🤤🤤 AMO como se prepara en la freidora > Our meat was already cooked, and look how juicy it is🤤🤤 I LOVE how it's prepared in the fryer.   Luego armamos el taco, y para darle aun mas sabor le trituré un poco de aguacate y pique aparte el tomate, pepino y pimenton rojo > Then we assembled the taco, and to give it even more flavor, I mashed up some avocado and chopped up the tomato, cucumber, and red bell pepper separately.
