Hola amigos de #Familyandfriends espero que esten muy bien! Hace tiempo les comenté que habiamos retomado nuestro grupo de ejercicios en el polideportivo, desafortunadamente para esos dias me fracture el tobillo, luego las lluvias y una cosa llevo abla hora y tuvimos que posponer, pero casi 3 meses despues estamos retomando y llevamos dos semanas asistiendo lunes y miercoles a las 6pm, donde damos una clase de unos 30 minutos para nuestros invitados y despues nos vamos a la arena a jugar con los niños
Aunque ayer en vista de que al final nos queda poco tiempo antes de regresarnos a la casa, decidí irme con los niños mientras Alber hablaba al final con las invitadas, los niños felices porque ellos aman esa arena jaja sobretodo ayer que estaba humeda y podian hacer mas formas!! Porque cuando hace muchisimo sol, esta mega seca y obvio no agarra forma jeje ayer hasta un "cocodrilo" hizo Chris jeje estaba contentisimo, pero si le quedo chevere, jugamos a hacer cangrejos tambien y asi pasamos el resto de la noche, asi que este sera nuestro plan cada lunes y miercoles🥰💕

Hello friends of #Familyandfriends I hope you are very well! Some time ago I told you that we had resumed our exercise group at the sports center, unfortunately for those days I fractured my ankle, then the rains and something happened and we had to postpone, but almost 3 months later we are resuming and we have two weeks attending Monday and Wednesday at 6pm, where we give a class of about 30 minutes for our guests and then we go to the arena to play with the children.
Yesterday though, since we have very little time left before going back home, I decided to go with the kids while Alber was talking at the end with the guests, the kids were happy because they love that sand haha especially yesterday when it was wet and they could do more shapes!!! Because when it's too much sun, it's mega dry and obviously it doesn't take shape hehe yesterday even a "crocodile" made Chris hehe he was very happy, but it was really cool, we played to make crabs too and so we spent the rest of the night, so this will be our plan every Monday and Wednesday🥰💕.
