Patacon con Ensalada de Pollo🥰🤤 || Patacon with Chicken Salad🥰🤤

  Hola amigos de @hivefood una vez mas por aca y esta vez es para mostrarles mi almuerzo que no es por nada pero me quedó de un divino🤤🤤 jeje y como siempre les he dicho, con poquisimos ingredientes jajaja asi que manos a la obra > Hello friends at @hivefood, I'm back again, and this time it's to show you my lunch, which, if I do say so myself, turned out absolutely delicious🤤🤤 hehe, and as I've always told you, with very few ingredients, hahaha, so let's get started!  Okey lo primero es decirles que yo se que cada quien hace su ensalada de pollo a su manera, de hecho a mi me encanta agregarle maiz, pero en esta ocasion no tenia asi que tocó hacerla normalita, y lo primero que hice fue pelar la papa y la zanahoria para llevarlas a hervir con los 100gr de pechuga de pollo hasta que esten blandas > Okay, first of all, I know that everyone makes their chicken salad their own way. In fact, I love adding corn to mine, but this time I didn't have any, so I had to make it plain. The first thing I did was peel the potato and carrot and boil them with 100 grams of chicken breast until they were soft.  Mientras eso hervía, corté el medio platano en dos pedazos para llevarlo a la freidora 5 minutos a 180° > While that was boiling, I cut the half banana into two pieces to put it in the fryer for 5 minutes at 180°C.  Pasado este tiempo con ayuda de una bolsa y una tabla aplaste el platano y condimenté con ajo en polvo y sal para regresar a la freidora 5 minutos mas de cada lado a 180° para que quede crujiente 🤤🤤 > After this time, using a bag and a board, I flattened the plantain and seasoned it with garlic powder and salt, then returned it to the fryer for 5 more minutes on each side at 180°C to make it crispy. 🤤🤤   Mientras se hacian mis patacones, meché el pollo y pique la papa, zanahoria y los dos huevos que puse a hervir despues de sacar el pollo > While my patacones were cooking, I seasoned the chicken and chopped the potato, carrot, and two eggs, which I put to boil after removing the chicken.  Una vez estaba todo mechado y picado agregué una cucharadita dr mostaza y una de mayonesa y mezclé todo muy bien😅 > Once everything was chopped and minced, I added a teaspoon of mustard and a teaspoon of mayonnaise and mixed everything together thoroughly.😅  Luego le puse un punto de sal y armé mis patacones y asi quedaron🤤🤤 obviamente aparte me quedó ensalada que tambien me comí 😂pero aja como eran solo dos patacones pequeños les tome solo la foto a ellos, pero si, es una recetas mas que aprobada, no duden en hacerla🤤 > Once everything was chopped and minced, I added a teaspoon of mustard and a teaspoon of mayonnaise and mixed everything together thoroughly.🤤   Fotos de mi propiedad Portada editada en Canva > Photos of my property Cover edited in Canva
