Siempre intento agregar alguna rutina de cuerpo completo a la semana. Esta vez decidí hacerlo hoy sábado!! Mañana domingo si descanso para el lunes arrancar con todo nuevamente💪💪
Por supuesto recuerden siempre calentar antes y estirar después!! Y mantener una buena actitud durante el entrenamiento, aunque estén con el alma afuera como yo😂😂
Pueden hacer desde 2 hasta 4 rondas depende de su nivel🔥🔥 así que a dejar las excusas y ponernos en ACCION 💪💪

I always try to add some full body routine to the week. This time I decided to do it today Saturday!!! Tomorrow Sunday if I rest for Monday to start with everything again💪💪.
Of course always remember to warm up before and stretch after!!! And keep a good attitude during the workout, even if you are with your soul out like me😂😂.
You can do from 2 to 4 rounds depends on your level🔥🔥 so let's stop the excuses and get into ACTION 💪💪💪.
