Greetings, architecture-loving friends! It is a pleasure to share again in this community. Today I want to tell you about a visit I made two months ago to the state of Bolivar, specifically to the city of Puerto Ordaz, in Venezuela. In this beautiful city resides my brother-in-law with his wife and their two lovely daughters. Fifteen years ago, my brother-in-law decided to buy a new apartment. This residence is located in the middle of several residential complexes and, to access his home, we must pass through two main entrances with a security system. In this environment, one can find numerous homes with impressive and majestic architectures, worthy of being admired. It is a five-story building, which when contemplated from the outside, reveals a really solid, beautiful and elegant architecture. The walls of its façade are adorned with well-preserved bricks; while its windows present graffiti in gray tones, all combined with elegant ornaments of round black tubes. The main entrance to access this building is composed of an electric gate and a main door that also has an electric opening system.      Since my first visit to this residence I was hooked by its beautiful details and finishes, it also has a permanent surveillance area 24 hours a day. On the other hand, it has an exclusive swimming pool for the members of each apartment, where there is a beautiful barbecue for family enjoyment and a mini park for the little ones of the house; this creates a magical place that offers moments of relaxation. On the first floor there are two parking spaces, one by the pool area and the other by the emergency entrance. Each apartment has a trunk or personal storage room, where household belongings can be stored; these trunks are located on the first floor.      When we started our tour you simply fall in love; in this sense, we enjoyed a beautiful decoration including its beautiful plants of different models, which undoubtedly make the place look even more beautiful. Similarly, we can find on the first floor, specifically on the left side of the building, a kind of work of art made of wrought iron that really enhances the structure.      As we were walking, we came across the main entrance, which is surrounded by a beautiful garden. Upon entering, we see the administration and concierge offices, whose walls are adorned with beautiful paintings of impressive designs. We can also see that each apartment has a messenger box. We walked a few more steps and I found two elevators and the emergency exit. The environment is really very harmonious. It also has stairs as an emergency exit in case the elevator is damaged or an accident happens.     When I went up to the fifth floor, which is the top floor and where my brother-in-law lives, I found a super beautiful, cozy and sweet-smelling environment. Each floor is decorated with fragrance diffusers and porcelain tile floors. Each level has a living room, next to a beautiful and imposing window decorated with paintings and natural plants. In addition, each floor houses seven apartments, which are enjoyed with great security, as there are surveillance cameras throughout the building.    To finish my tour, I took a walk through the staircase facilities, which are very safe and reliable in case of any inconvenience. The apartments have a living room, dining room, three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. I can tell you that you live comfortably with maximum security and the best thing is that you feel a great peace throughout the building surrounded by very committed and united neighbors.
