Panqué de limón [ESP/ENG]

Ingredientes/Ingredients:

1/2 kilo de harina de trigo. 5 huevos. 1 y 1/2 taza de azúcar. Ralladura de 3 limones. 1/2 taza de aceite. 1/2 taza de leche líquida. 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear.

1/2 kilo of wheat flour. 5 eggs. 1 and 1/2 cup of sugar. Zest of 3 lemons. 1/2 cup oil. 1/2 cup of liquid milk. 1 teaspoon of baking powder.

Preparación/Preparation:

1.- En un bowl agregar las yemas de los huevos, el azúcar y batir durante 2 minutos.

2.- Incorporar el aceite y seguir batiendo.

3.- Adicionar la leche, la harina previamente cernida, la ralladura de limón, el polvo de hornear y mezclar.

4.- En un bowl aparte, batir las claras a punto de nieve y posteriormente incorporarlas de forma envolvente a la mezcla.

5.- Cubrir bien un molde con harina y mantequilla.

Coat a mold well with flour and butter.

6.- Verter la mezcla.

7.- Llevar al horno a 350°F por una hora.
