Ingredientes: 1/2 Kilo de harina de trigo 10 huevos 2 tazas de azúcar morena 200 gramos de margarina 3 cucharadas de chocolate en polvo 2 tazas de macerado 2 maltas

1- Cremar la mantequilla, seguidamente añadir el azúcar y batir bien.

2- Agregar las yemas de los huevos y seguir batiendo.

3- Añadir la harina de trigo previamente cernida y el macerado (que contiene malta, chocolate, etc). Posteriormente incorporar los frutos secos junto con las pasas (estos deben ser enharinados con anterioridad para que no se hundan en la mezcla) de forma envolvente.

4- En un bowl aparte, batir las claras de los huevos hasta punto de nieve e incorporar a la mezcla.

5- Llevar al horno a 350°F por aproximadamente 1 hora o hasta que el escarbadientes salga completamente limpio.
