Let’s Have Our Breakfast With My Traditional Native Plantain Moi-Moi very Tasty And Nutritional

Today I wake up early this morning to prepare this native dish in my native kitchen .My father Inlaw always cook for my kids whenever we travelled to the village and since we went to visit him ,I decide to make this Traditional native Receipe which turns out to be very Tasty and delicious and my family really enjoyed it.

INGREDIENTS USED

🌳Three pieces of plantain both ripe and unripe 🌳Half litre of Red oil 🌳Three pieces of fresh pepper 🌳One bulb of onions 🌳one tablespoon of salt 🌳Five pieces of Uma Leaves 🌳One tablespoon of curry spice 🌳Water

PROCEDURE USED

In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this tasty plantain moi-moi

First I peeled my plantain,washed it throughly,and starts slicing it inside my mortar,after slicing it,I washed my onions and fresh pepper,and pounded two of my pepper and then chopped my onions inside my mortar and pounded it very well,

Now I added my sliced pepper,my tablespoon of curry spice and then added a little water and then added my red oil and stir ,washed my uma leaves throughly and folded it and starts putting my prepared ingridients inside my folded uma leaves one after the other till am done folding it.

Then I went and bring my plantain leaves and put inside my pot to avoid burning,then I pour water inside my pot and start putting my folded moi-moi inside my pot one after the other and after putting it,I started cooking it in my local kitchen and after like thirty five minutes,my amazing plantain moi -moi was ready,
