My African Local Uziza Soup very Tasty and delicious 🤤.

Warm Greetings to this wounderful community,I welcome you all to my Blog this evening.

Today my husband was craving for this African Local soup cooked with native Uziza leaf and palm fruits. Palm fruits are the those seeds we got from our Riped palm trees and it is commonly used to make stew or soup,and today my husband insisted I used it to make this delicious soup for Him because it serves as a natural oil for cooking any kind of Food Receipe you want which I did and it turns out Tasty and delicious.

INGREDIENTS USED

Few pieces of palm Fruits seeds One bulb of onions Few pieces of fresh pepper One tablespoon of Salt Small quantity of Uziza Leaf Half plate of grinded Ogbono Water

PROCEDURE USED

In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this Tasty and delicious soup Receipe.

Firstly I prepared all my ingredients and set aside.

Then I pounded my fresh pepper and washed my Uziza leaf and set aside.

Then I poured water in my palm fruits and washed it throughly and then put a little water in my native pot and starts cooking it,After cooking for a while,I seived it out and then pour it inside my Mortar.

I now started pounding it ,and after pounding for a while,I bring it out and put it in my bowl and put a little warm water on it and used my hands and Mashed it very well.

After mashing it , I allow it to settle down a little,then I poured it inside my pot and on my cooker and starts cooking my soup and within some minutes,I added my salt and fresh pepper.

I now added my grinded Native ogbono which serves as a drowning Ingredients in soup and also added my Uziza leaf and stired very well.

Finally, my tasty and delicious soup was Ready.

I served it to my husband which he enjoyed so much.
