Today I decided to make this carrots 🥕 Stew Served with white rice and banana which after making this Receipe,my family loved it so much and suggested I should be making it for them atleast once in a week,and I made it with my Camp Gas outside my Kitchen.
INGREDIENTS USED
🌳Four Big Pieces of Carrots 🥕 🌳Three pieces of Fresh pepper 🌳Two pieces of Ginger 🌳Three cups of Rice 🌳Half plate of vegetable Oil 🌳Two pieces of Fresh Tomatoes 🌳One tablespoon of curry spice 🌳One tablespoon of salt 🌳One piece of Banana 🌳Two pieces of Ginger 🌳Water
PROCEDURE USED
In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this Amazing Carrot 🥕 Stew Served with white rice And Banana which turns out to be very Delicious and tasty.
Firstly I washed my ingridients,pieces my carrots and fresh tomatoes ,then put a little water inside my pot and when my water boiled a little,I poured my sliced carrots inside the pot and start boiling it.
After some minutes of boiling my carrots,it softens and I pour it out and then pounded my fresh pepper with my ginger altogether and set aside.
I now prepared all my ingridients and set aside.
I poured it inside my mortar and pounded it very well,then I put another pot on fire ,and when dry,I pour my vegetable oil and when heated ,I poured my chopped onions,my sliced fresh tomatoes,my pounded carrots with fresh pepper and ginger,Added my curry spice and my salt and stired very well.
After a while of Frying my carrots stew,I added a little water and stir again,and after a while my Amazing Carrots 🥕 Stew was ready.
I now put another pot on fire and added water ,I now bring out my rice and poured water inside it and washed it very well and seive it out.
When my water boiled very well,I added my washed rice,when it perboiled very well ,I seived it out and pour my washed and seived rice inside my pot and pour a little water in other to allow it to cook very well,After some minutes,my rice drained water and was ready.
I now dished it out for my family to enjoy.
