Greetings to everyone here,I welcome you all once again to my blog.
INGREDIENTS USED
Five pieces of unripe plantain
Small quantity of oil beans
Two pieces of fresh pepper
Salt to taste
Vegetable leaf
One bulb of Onions
Red oil
Water
PROCEDURES USED
I washed my unripe plantain, and starts slicing it into pieces,After slicing it,i prepared my other ingredients and set aside. I put my pot on the fire and added a little water on the pot and allow it to boil ,After boiling for a while,I added my unripe plantain and allowed it to cook for a while .I added my salt to taste.then I washed my vegetable,my onions and fresh pepper and set
 and add my red oil and allow it to cook for a while.after cooking for a while, I stir my porridge very well .
Unripe plantain gives iron to the body. It energizes the immune system,and it is good for the young and old women. It is also good for the pregnant women.
In a meantime,My porridge plantain with oil beans was ready to serve
