My Local Native Dish Very Tasty And Proteinous For The Body.

Hello Vegan Family!!!How are you all doing,I hope you all are good and fine,I welcome you all to my Blog.

Today my Father Inlaw suggested I made this tasty Beans,Cassava flakes(Abacha) cooked with oil bean for him,which I cooked and after making the Receipe,He loved it so much and asked for more.

INGREDIENTS USED

🌳one plate of Cassava Flakes 🌳one Handful of Oil Bean 🌳One cup of Beans 🌳Few pieces of fresh pepper 🌳Half plate of Red oil 🌳One tablespoon of salt 🌳one bulb of onions 🌳Few pieces of scent Leaves 🌳Two pieces of Native Ehiri 🌳Water

PROCEDURE USED

In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this Native Local dish which turns out to be very Tasty and delicious after Making this Receipe.

Firstly I picked my beans one after the other,and then separate my beans from stones and set aside. Then I washed it throughly and washed it ,then put it inside my pot and starts perboiling it,After a while of perboiling it,i seived it out,I poured in another water and starts cooking my beans,After a while my beans was ready and I set it aside.

Then I put a little water inside my pot and when it boiled very well,I poured the water inside my cassava flakes,covered it very well in other to be very soft and after a while I seived it out and also set aside.

I now washed my ingredients,chopped my onions,slice my scent leaves and pounded my fresh pepper and set aside.

I now prepared all my ingredients and set aside.

Then I set my pot on fire,added my red oil and also my chopped onions and fresh pepper,also added my scent leaves,and also added my salt and allow my ingredients to fry a little and then stired very well and I now pour in my cooked beans,and my Cassava flakes(Abacha)

I added my oil bean(Ugba) ,After a while of stiring ,my local native dish was ready.

And I dished it out for my father Inlaw which he enjoyed and asked for more.
