We went to my Husband,s village and I decided to make this my Native paw-paw Rice cooked with vegetable in my native local kitchen which my father in-Law taught me ,which after making it turns out to be very Tasty and delicious.
INGREDIENTS USED
🌳Five cups of Rice 🌳Few pieces of vegetable 🌳One small size of Paw-Paw 🌳Half litre of Red oil 🌳One tablespoon of salt 🌳One tablespoon curry spice 🌳One tablespoon of ginger spice 🌳one sachet of Sonia tomato paste 🌳Few pieces of fresh pepper 🌳one bulb of Onions 🧅 🌳Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this tasty paw-paw Rice that turns out to be very delicious and tasty in my local native kitchen.
Firstly I poured water inside my cooking pot,and set my fire and put my pot on top of my fire,washed my ingridients and also washed my rice and set aside.
I now prepared all my ingredients and set aside.
I washed my rice throughly and seive it out and then pour it inside my pot and starts perboiling it,Then i peeled my riped paw-paw and pieces it,then after a while of perboiling my rice,i bring it out and seive it,then I poured my red oil,added my Chopped onions and tomatoes paste and stir.
I now added my fresh pepper,salt,my ginger and curry spice and stir again.
Then I allowed it to fry a little,I now added my a little water and when boiled very well,I added my perboiled rice and stired very well,and after a while of boiling and was about to drain water,I added my riped paw-Paw and also added my sliced vegetables and after some minutes,My paw -paw Rice cooked with vegetables was ready.
And I dished it out for my family to enjoy and they loved it so much.
