it’s being long my husband has been craving for this White soup cooked with native Uziza leaf ,we called it native white soup because we used yam to cook it and also used the pounded yam as thickner.so I decided to cook it for him very snappy and it turns out very tasty and delicious and I used it to make a post.
INGREDIENTS USED
🌳Half pieces of white yam 🌳Few pieces of Uziza Leaf 🌳Few pieces of fresh pepper 🌳one bulb of onions 🌳one tablespoon of salt 🌳water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this tasty white soup this morning which my husband enjoyed so much.
Firstly,I peeled my white yam,washed it very well and then put a little water inside the pot and after a while,i checked wheather it has soften.
I now allow it to boil a little more,I washed my Uziza leaf and then check my yam and seive it out,
I now put a little water inside my pot and when boiled,i pounded my yam very well then after a while my water boiled,I added my pounded yam and stired,I also added my fresh pepper,chopped onions,salt and stired very well.
After a while of my ingredients boiling very well,I added my native Uziza leaf and stir again,after a while,my Amazing white soup was ready.
And I dished it out for my husband to enjoy .
