My Tasty Beans Receipe with Veggies 🥗 very Nutritional and Proteinous.

Good day to Lovers of Foodie!!! Happy sunday to you all and a blissful weekend.I welcome you all to my blog this Afternoon.

Today being sunday,I decided to make this new Receipe I learnt today instead of Cooking Rice ,I decided to cook this amazing beans 🫘 combination with Veggies and cooked with vegetables Oil instead of Red oil.and it turned out delicious,and tasty.

INGREDIENTS USED

Half litre of vegetable oil Few pieces of vegetable leaf Two pieces of garlic 🧄 seed One bulb of white onions One Green pepper Few pieces of green beans One tablespoon of salt One piece of spring Onions Water

PROCEDURE

In this procedure,I will show you guys how I made this tasty beans Receipe.

First I washed ingridients,picked my beans,washed it and set aside.

Then I seived it out,put my water on my cooking pot and starts perboiling it,After perboiling for a while because I allowed it to soft a little before I seived it out again ,and put my vegetable oil on fire and add my chopped onions and fresh pepper and stir.

Then I add my green beans and spicy onions and stir and then add salt.

I now added my Green pepper,my garlic and stir again and added my cooked beans.

I now added my sliced vegetable and after a while,my amazing Sweet Beans was ready.

And I dished it out for my family to enjoy.
