Coming to christainity, is religion where w believe that Jesus is the son of God and a religion where we believe that the Holy Spirit is our comforter, our helper and without the Holy spirit we can direct our steps. **Galatians 1:13 : For ye have heard of my conversation in time past in the Jews' religion, how that beyond measure I persecuted the church of God, and wasted it** Here Apostle Paul was telling the church when he was in the past religion which happend to be Judaism how he oppressed the church of God as a result of the religion he was into and waht they believed. **Acts 22:16: And now why tarriest thou? arise, and be baptized, and wash away thy sins, calling on the name of the Lord.** **Romans 7:19-20 For the good that I would I do not: but the evil which I would not, that I do. Now if I do that I would not, it is no more I that do it, but sin that dwelleth in me.** Apostle Paul was telling the church that as a person it was hard for him to do good instead of him doing good he will see himself what was evil as a result of sin, that why he was telling the church that they need to baptized and their sins to be washed away by the name of the Lord that without them doing these things that sin will always dominate or always have effect in their life. That through the power of the Holy spirit he can control his body, what he sees and what he says because the Holy spirit dwells in him. **1 Corinthians 9:27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.** For Apostle Paul to keep his body under subjection was by the help of the Holy spirit , this came after when he was baptised and converted to the true religion. That is why adviceable to join religion that the Holy Spirit dwells among their members, a religion that the Holy Spirit direct the steps of His people. And without the Holy spirit , one can conquer the battles of this world, against sin , against challenges of life and it's own body. In conclusion, let the Holy spirit does the work while you do the obedient and ensure you belong to the right religion so that you can overcome the challenges of life and that religion is christainity.
