Description from Strava: 😃 Forgive me hivers for i have sinned. Its been 6 months since my last post. And probably the last time I properly worked out. Been a rough few months with being super pregnant, recovering from birth, and navigating the new norm with two kids. We are almost 3 months in and taking it one day at a time. We do whatvwe can and i started with this little workout. Hoping to keep it up!
