Second Run Post partum and didn't do too Bad. Made my way to the track managed 7 loops and headed back home. Was embracingly slow, but at least im moving. We focus on the positives, and we move forward.
On my way to the track, i kind of ran past an informal settlement. It's actually situated right behind the track, and u heard a good couple of gunshots. It's crazy how the area has just gotten so unsafe over the past 10 years. As a woman, i take a risk running alone here, but i also feel we need to be brave and show a presence. We need to take back our area.
