Hello friends, I hope you are all well. I remember this date very well because that day I went to school after almost six years and I still remember every part of it. My entire childhood was spent in school because, firstly, this is my school where I used to study as a child and this is my aunt's house.
Today we came here because my uncle had invited us to a Chicken tikkah party🥳. My mother was busy with household chores, so I went with my cousin(sister) and the guests. Luckily, I met one of my teachers who lives near the school. I greeted her and talked to her. It was a very pleasant scene.
So here, Uncle was making Chicken tikkah for us, so I said to Api, "Let's go down to see the school to see how it looks now." Actually, the school has been closed for a few years and its condition is not the same anymore. All the classrooms were closed, but When I insisted, Api also came downstairs with me to see the classroom.🫠
I studied in this class and it still looks the same today, just a few things have changed.
This is the hall from where the first, second, and third classes are visible.
This is the whiteboard on which the nursery class is taught. Looking at the sticker on it, it is clear that this is a class for children. I hated these stickers even at that time because they were spread everywhere on the whiteboard.
This is a very good way to make students remember anything. In our school, when children had to remember something, they would remind them of things through games so that the children would find it interesting to learn through games and they would learn quickly. Similarly, to remind them of the names of the months, they would write the name of each month on the wall and stick it on it so that the children would look at it as they came and went and the name of one or the other month would remain in their mind.
This is the seventh grade and its chairs have become very rough and dirty because no one opens these classes anymore and they are not cleaned.
Seeing this, I was just reminded of my childhood days and I wanted those days to come back again and I could sit on those same chairs and learn lessons from my old teacher and also have a fun fight with my friends to be the first to sit on the chair.
A water cooler was kept on this table and the children would sit on these chairs while drinking water.
I really liked this thing. These are the paintings that I had when I was in school.
There is a sixth grade classroom that was demolished and a computer lab was built here. I heard a voice from above, and it was my aunt saying, "Come upstairs, it's been a long time, the food is ready." Then I had to go upstairs.
I found out that my aunt still keeps earthenware. she still prefers to eat in earthenware because she says the food has a different aroma in this.
The chicken tikka was really delicious and we enjoyed it a lot.
Now we were going back and this is the last picture, this is from the eighth grade and this is the last grade I had in school and all my old friends had separated in that same class. We met for the last time in that same class. I still remember that day very well. I don't have the numbers of any of my old friends because🥹 at that time I was not allowed to have a smartphone and we were not able to contact each other after that. I hope they will be fine and we will definitely meet at some point in life.
