I had a discussion with a close friend earlier today, which I think I did persuade to join the Steem fam...while waiting at the hospital's lobby the doctors to finish a two hour surgery on my father's left foot. He shredded it...
That's also the main reason why I didn't post anything the last couple of days...What was I saying...? Oh...yeah.
He is heavily invested in pretty much anything you can imagine...including BTC of course.
>He had no clue what STEEM is nor what the potential of this blockchain is.
So after I short explanation, -funny how easy it is to explain Steem to those invested in crypto even if they have no clue about it- I made him realize that regardless of its tech superiority compared to 99% of all blockchains in existence, Steem is probably the most attractive destination when it comes to mass adoption.
And this is because of its uniqueness on how STEEM tokens are minted.
There is room for everyone...
For bloggers / vloggers...
For photographers....
For artists...
For scientists...
For tech geeks...
You name it...
You think the world is full of people with deep pockets? I mean there are plenty but you've seem the real power of the masses. Of average people...
What NO? Then go check how average people made Mark Zuckerberg billionaire...And none of them earned a penny...
But things do change ya know...
When you see people with 250K followers on Instagram join Steem when they finally realized that people turned themselves into billionaires by taking advantage of their "property"...one can only be optimistic about the future of Steem.
Can you even imagine this place flooded with people? No..I don't mean the same way it was back in January 2018. I mean really overcrowded.
With millions of active users...
Hopefully..SMT's will be a major boost toward that direction. But even if this don't play out as many of us hope, Steem will find its way to the light...
The road might be bumpy and long...really long, but it wouldn't worth it, if it was that easy...
Have a great one people.
