When I participate in an event, especially if it lasts several days, I like to write about it in chronological order. Some pictures were taken these days, mostly of historical buildings in the city center of Graz, although I forgot to take many pictures at our dinners and lunches. Unforgivable! But the truth be told, we had a good time and when you are in good company you forget to take out your phone and take pictures around. It's all well and good, I will write about our days more, but now I am going to break that rule and post the last day of the Hive Creator Days, Graz meetup.
With the Hivers who were still around in Graz this morning, we agreed to meet for breakfast in one cafรฉ, at the main railway/bus station. From here you can catch your train of bus, and as we stayed not so far from this building, we had our official breakfast here.
Lucky us!!! As we just had time to finish our cups of coffee or tea, eat one sandwich and we had to leave!
There was a bomb alert in the train station! ๐ณ
A few police cars arrived and we (as well as all the people) were asked to leave so that's how our official Hive breakfast finish.
No, no, that is not true, it didn't finish that way! Hivers, as creative people, went to a nearby park and had an even better time. We couldn't ask for a better place to have an extra chilling time before all of us would take our bus/train/plane/car/bicycle and go home...
Although this picnic in the park was not planned, it was more than great! @elmirabear brought some blankets, water, juice and her son brought rackets and balls for table tennis. ๐
Selfie time ๐
A party, or even just an improvised picnic in the park because of a bomb alert in the station, that in the end was just a fake alert, is always better with music. @growandbow was at charge for that musical part that made the people relax and enjoy these last hours/moments of this meeting.
Whether he played the guitar or this strange instrument (I forgot its name ๐ ) we found it as a perfect musical background for the chit-chats in the "blanket area".
A bit further, in the table tennis area it was more challenging to hear his music, however the teams gave their best to ~~win~~ play a bit and have fun.
As the bomb alert was fake and the trains and busses could operate again as scheduled, we had to leave. We said goodbyes so many times these days ๐ but the last one also had to happen.
We are sitting now in the bus and heading toward another city from where we will catch our flight to Spain...
Guys, it was a real pleasure to spend these days with you. I will probably not tag now everyone from the improvised meeting we had today but I think it turned out better than we expected. ๐ Have safe travels everyone. ๐
