Feliz y bendecido día tengan todos los que se dedican a leerme y escucharme, tengo el gran placer de compartir una semana más mis pensamientos y mi gran pasión que es la música. Una hermosa e interesante temática nos complace esta semana, el hecho de descubrir las tradiciones de otros países a través del talento de mis colegas me atrapa y me llena de emoción, además de tener la oportunidad de compartir la música de mi amado país también me da mucha satisfacción. Hablar de Simón Diaz es tan importante para los Venezolanos porque el legado musical que nos dejó es impresionante y sumamente hermoso, creo que su música está en los corazones de muchos venezolanos y cada vez que veo a artistas interpretando sus canciones se me pone el corazón chiquito. La verdad es que estuve navegando en muchas de sus canciones y se me hizo difícil escoger una, pero después de varias intentos fallidos decidí tocar esta porque es la que conozco mejor, aún así tengo muchas ganas de cantar otras porque su repertorio es exquisito.
