Estuve esperando toda la mañana allí, y como a las 12 fue que estuvimos más cerca de la puerta del Saime, pero aún así no pude entrar, todo estaba full y al final dijeron que iban a atender solo a 500 personas, la verdad que fue triste escuchar eso, pero bueno, ya después de la 1 me fui a mi casa, y espero completar el trámite de la cédula en otra ocasión, porque tengo que renovar.
