Just as he was about to leave his job, his boss offered him the promotion he'd given up waiting for months ago. But it was already too late for him to be offered just the promotion. He gave him a counteroffer that required a 1/4 raise. The boss was very hesitant about whether to accept it or not, as he only wanted a promotion without a salary for the time being. However, based on his response, he decided to find new opportunities instead.
He found a job that offered a better salary, but he was on the verge of getting a slightly higher salary if he accepted. The atmosphere seemed good, but it wasn't really that way as the days went by. He also had a conflict because his boss wouldn't give him the promotion.
The next day, I woke up wondering what I would do. I liked where I was, but I wanted new challenges, to explore new things to do. I went directly to my boss and he gave me an answer I really didn't expect.
He told me he'd give me the promotion, but not only would he increase my salary by 1/4, but by 1/2. He also improved my benefits, such as covering major medical expenses, among other things I really liked. This dispelled my doubts about moving, so I decided to stay without giving it another thought.
I signed the contract immediately, and you couldn't even see my happy face. I was really happy. I moved into my new office, all happy. It's so fun, changing every single one of my little things, and making new, small renovations to feel more comfortable. I really enjoyed that day.
The next day, many challenges awaited me with a comfortable office. The advantage is that we can personalize it with many things. So I filled it with everything related to anime. I'm a huge fan, even with posters of my daifas. I loved it so much, now that I enjoy being in my office more every day.
So much so that they come to visit me later to see my office, and they've already finished their work, just to see every new thing in my office. Sorry, I really like to say "office" because I can personalize it a lot, which led to my team's increased productivity because they congratulated me profusely and apologized for not giving me the opportunity for the position sooner.
To celebrate all these successes, I threw a big party with my family and close friends, in addition to inviting my team, not to mention my boss, who finally gave me the opportunity. Truthfully, we didn't have a great time at the party, having endless fun, drinking, and soda. Although I brought a naughty little gift for the singles so they could enjoy the fun even more. Of course, for those who would like to receive a gift, I'll leave it to you to imagine what kind of gift it is.
I'm so glad to be writing this diary of things that happen to me. I finally found the time to do it, which is why this time it's much longer than usual.

Justo cuando estaba a punto de dejar su trabajo, su jefe le ofreció el ascenso que había dejado de esperar hacía meses, pero realmente ya era muy tarde para que le ofrecieran solo el ascenso, le dio una contra oferta en donde le tendrían que aumentara el salario 1/4 parte el cual el jefe se quedó muy en duda si aceptaba o no, debido que solo quería un ascenso sin un salario por el momento, pero en la forma que le contesto decidido mejor encontrar oportunidades nuevas.
Encontró un trabajo que le ofrecía un mejor salario, pero estaría a prueba que si lo pasaba le aumentaría un poco más el sueldo el cual se vieron buen ambiente, pero realmente no era así a los días que pasaron, pero también tenía un conflicto porque su jefe no le daba el ascenso.
Al día siguiente me desperté pensando en que haría porque me gustaba en donde estoy, pero quería nuevos retos, explorar nuevas cosas para hacer, que llegue directamente con mi jefe, me dio una respuesta que realmente no me lo esperaba.
Me dijo que si me daría el acenso, pero no solo me aumentaría 1/4 de salario, si no que seria 1/2 más, además que mejoría mis prestaciones como por ejemplo que me daría los gastos médicos mayores, entre otras cosas que me encanto mucho, el cual se me despego mis dudas de cambiarme, así que decidí mejor quedarme sin pensarlo más.
Le firme el contrato de inmediato que ni se me noto mi cara de contento, realmente estaba muy feliz, me cambie a mi nueva oficina todo contento, es muy divertido cambiando cada una de mis cositas además de haciendo nuevas remodelaciones pequeñitas para sentirme más cómodo, ese día lo disfrute bastante.
Al día siguiente me esperaban muchos retos con una cómoda oficina, la ventaja que podemos personalizarlo con muchas cositas, así que la llene con todo lo relacionado al anime, soy muy fan incluso con poster de mis daifas, me encantaba mucho ahora que cada día me gusta más estar en mi oficina.
Tanto que luego me vienen a visitar para ver mi oficina que terminaron ya su trabajo solo para ver cada cosita novedosa en mi oficina, perdonen es que me gusta mucho decir oficina porque la puedo personalizar mucho el cual esto llevo a tener mi equipo una mejor productividad porque me felicito mucho y se disculpó por no darme la oportunidad antes para el puesto.
Para celebrar todos estos éxitos, hice una grande fiesta con mi familia y amigos cercanos, además de invitar a mi equipo sin mencionar a mi jefe que por fin me dio la oportunidad, la verdad en la fiesta no las pasamos muy bien haciendo un sin fin de diversión, tomando y bebiendo, aunque para los y las solteras les traje un regalito pícaro para que disfrutaran más de la diversión, claro para quienes gusten recibir el regalito, les dejare con la imaginación de que regalito.
Me alegro mucho estar escribiendo este diario de las cosas que me van pasando, por fin me di el tiempo para hacerlo por eso esta vez es mucho más largo de lo habitual.
