Today I want to make you something I love to eat, a meal from my childhood. This meal is very popular in the region I come from and we have many variations (fish, pork, game...) of this dish but today I am going to make a light version. The name of this dish is Paprikaš (stew) and we will make this one with pork meat.
These are the ingredients you will need:

1/2 kg of pork chop

1 kg of potatoes

2 medium size carrots

2 medium size black onions
Spices:
-
Tired peppers
-
Salt
-
Pepper
-
Dry spice
-
Parsley
Now let's get started!
Chop the meat into the small squares
Slice the carrots
Cut the potatoes
And cut the onions
Put the oil in the pot end leave it for few minutes to heat up
Put the onions into the pot and fry it until it becomes yellow
Add carrots into the pot
Fry it for few minutes
And then add meat
Add spices
Fry it until the meat gets softer
Add just enough water to cover it all and leave it to cook
After 10 minutes you can add potatoes
And more water to cover it all
If necessary add more spices
Do not forget to stir it from time to time, cook it until the potatoes are done
