Hello, dear hivers!! Welcome back to **MIYA**’s blog!! 💕 June 24 is a very special day for our family. It’s my parents’ 26th wedding anniversary, and even though it’s a weekday and we still had school, we still found a way to make this day meaningful and fun. We didn’t plan anything grand, but sometimes, the simple moments are the ones that stay in our hearts the longest.

After our classes ended, we all got ready to celebrate. My parents decided that we’d go to **Hagnaya Beach Resort** to unwind and spend time together as a family. Since the resort is not that far from our place, we thought it would be the perfect spot for a chill celebration after a long school day. We also planned not to boughts foods that my mother cookeds and just to buy some food some foods there since it is not allowed to bring outside foods.

As soon as we arrived at the beach resort, the atmosphere already felt peaceful and warm. The wind was soft, the waves were calm, and it was almost sunset, the perfect vibe to celebrate something so special. We took a few minutes to just breathe and feel the air. After a whole day at school, being near the sea just felt so refreshing.

We only bought 2 pizza, the Hawaiian and the Beef one and a chicken since there’s only 5 of us and we know that we get full quickly. Nothing too fancy, but just enough to enjoy and fill our stomachs while chatting and laughing together. The place was so quiet since it’s already leaving, and almost their restaurants are about to close. Just sitting there, looking at the sea, being with the people I love, it already felt perfect.

While we were eating, we also took lots of pictures. It was so funny because we had to look for the right angle to make sure everyone’s faces are fine. We took pictures of Mom and Dad together too, and they looked so cute, like a couple still madly in love after 26 years of being together. I can’t really explain the feeling, but it made me so emotional to see them happy and still together after all these years. They’ve been through so much, ips and downs, good and bad days but they never gave up on each other. And looking at them now, I felt so proud to be their child. They’re not perfect, of course, but they’re real. They argue sometimes, but at the end of the day, they always choose to stay, to talk, and to love.

After eating, we took more pictures from the bar and my older brother and father were playing billiards. My mom even tried to play it but my dad kept laughing at her cause she couldn’t do it HAHAHAHA. After a few minutes, we packed up and went home.

***( waaaahhhh, soooo sweet )***

I’m so thankful we got to spend this day with our parents and show them just how much we love them. Celebrating their 26th wedding anniversary reminded me of how strong love can be when it’s real and honest. I can only hope to have a love like theirs someday, something that stays, something that grows, and something that survives through every season. To my parents, happy 26th wedding anniversary. Thank you for showing us what real love looks like. We love you so much. And thank You, Lord, for blessing me with parents like them. I’ll always be grateful.

As I continue this journey, I @miyasomi, look forward to sharing more insights, lessons learned, and perhaps a few more simple joys that make the hard work worthwhile. Until next time, keep pursuing your dreams with determination, and don’t forget to appreciate the beauty in the everyday moments. Bye-bye 💞
