Apreciados #hivers, querida comunidad @holos-lotus, me alegra muchísimos estar compartiendo nuevamente con todos ustedes, porque estos encuentros son motivo de revisiones interiores y de crecimiento.
Antes de adentrarme en el tema de hoy, quiero expresar mi agradecimiento por las 35 entradas a la iniciativa "Arriba ese ánimo". Gracias, gracias y más gracias por ello, querid@s autor@s, que nos regalaron tan efectivas ampliaciones al tema; constituyen un enriquecimiento mutuo.
La próxima semana les compartiré los detalles de la iniciativa.
Vivir el presente. El pasado ya se fue. El futuro lo construimos hoy.
Estas tres expresiones concretan una filosofía de vida, el arte de vivir "el hoy", de esforzarse cada día para obtener los objetivos, sin dejarse agobiar por lo que hicimos o por todo lo que debemos hacer mañana.
El nacimiento y el último suspiro son dos irrefutables límites de la vida humana, al menos tal y como la conocemos. Dentro de esos límites, la recomendación del aquí/ahora, nos plantea otros límites poderosos, la capacidad para ubicarnos en un solo lugar y en un momento exclusivo a la vez, pero...
Sí, pero... ¡la tecnología ha roto algunas barreras que eran impensables hace sólo unos años atrás!
Hasta hace muy poco tiempo era impensable escuchar las voces y ver las caras de nuestros seres queridos en tiempo real. Y eso es lo que logramos con las video-llamadas. Con ellas nuestro aquí/ ahora se extiende hasta nuestros seres querido, logrando vernos, hablarnos, reírnos y llorar si es el caso. El aquí adquiere una dimensión diferente, por el dominio virtual.
Nuestro AQUI se nutre con el ALLI, se expande. Y si aquí llueve y allí también, ¡maravilloso!, pero si AQUI tenemos un sol precioso y ALLI, llueve; pues, maravilla de maravillas, disfrutaremos por momentos de las dos variables climáticas. Es decir que, sin meternos con la física cuántica, estamos viviendo dos dimensiones del espacio en el mismo momento temporal.
Tras reflexionar sobre esto, seguramente que las modalidades de comunicación adquieren un valor incalculable, porque llevan nuestra experiencia humana más allá de sus propios límites, sin salir del aquí/ahora.
Y que me dicen de esos viajes a nuestro mundo interior, hace siglos descubiertos por quienes trabajan en su propio crecimiento personal. Llegar a ese espacio íntimo, en un lugar sin fronteras, donde el YO se auto-descubre, experimenta y analiza, durante un tiempo no dimensionable. Es una experiencia única y, a la vez, repetible.
Los límites que establece el aquí/ahora de cada quien, son un surtidor de ventajas que debemos aprovechar, pues poseemos las capacidades para hacerlo: la observación, la exploración, valorar y seleccionar, equivocarnos y rectificar, reiniciar el programa de búsqueda y ejecución.
Es muy importante estar conscientes de nuestros límites así como de la capacidad de desarrollarnos y expandirnos dentro de ellos y lograr las metas anheladas, para ser felices y favorecer la felicidad de los seres que amamos.

Before I get into today's topic, I want to say thank you for the 35 entries to the Get Up That Mood initiative. Thank you, thank you and even more thank you for this, dear authors, who gave us such effective additions to the topic; They are mutually enriching.

Live in the present. The past is gone. We build the future today.
These three expressions specify a philosophy of life, the art of living "today", of striving every day to achieve the objectives, without being overwhelmed by what we did or by everything we owe to do tomorrow.
Birth and the last breath are two irrefutable limits of human life, at least as we know it. Within those limits, the recommendation of the here / now, poses other powerful limits, the ability to locate ourselves in a single place and in an exclusive moment at the same time, but...
Yes, but... technology has broken down some barriers that were unthinkable just a few years ago!
Until very recently it was unthinkable to hear the voices and see the faces of our loved ones in real time. And that is what we achieve with video calls. With them, our here/now extends to our loved ones, managing to see us, talk to us, laugh and cry if that is the case. The here acquires a different dimension, due to the virtual domain.
Our HERE is nourished by THERE, it expands. And if it rains here and there too, wonderful! But if HERE we have a beautiful sun and THERE it rains; Well, wonder of wonders, we will enjoy at times the two climatic variables. In other words, without messing with quantum physics, we are living in two dimensions of space at the same moment in time.
After reflecting on this, surely the modalities of communication acquire incalculable value, because they take our human experience beyond its own limits, without leaving the here/now.

And what about those trips to our inner world, discovered centuries ago by those who work on their own personal growth. Reaching that intimate space, in a place without borders, where the ME self-discovers, experiences and analyzes, for a time that cannot be measured. It is a unique experience and, at the same time, repeatable.
The limits established by the here/now of each person are a source of advantages that we must take advantage of, since we have the capacities to do so: observation, exploration, valuing and selecting, making mistakes and rectify, restart the search and run program.
It is very important to be aware of our limits as well as the ability to develop and expand within them and achieve the desired goals, to be happy and favor the happiness of the beings that we love.
