On Thursday, September 18, 2025, I'd like to take this opportunity to showcase some of my photographs of beautiful and extraordinary mushroom plants. Mushrooms are a type of plant that grows in damp places, whether on wood or in the ground.
There are many types of mushrooms, and each has its own unique beauty. Where I live, it's easy to find mushrooms during the rainy season because there are so many forests and community gardens, where we can find a wide variety of mushroom species.
The mushroom I'm showing you here is a type of mushroom that grows on animal waste, specifically cow dung. Near where I live, some people raise cows, and in the cow dung, we can find beautiful mushrooms like this, which are not edible.
