Hey everyone. I hope you all are doing well. This is me Moaz. And this is my first time that I am participating in this #aseanhive community. I have read the rules. If I did any mistake please guid me. So basically today I was alone at home, and also I was hungry. So I decided to make breakfast for me. Unfortunately I can't make perfect roti. So I opened my fridge and there were breada and eggs. So I decided to make it. My cousin @mah-jabeen introduced me this community.
Ingredients
6 Breads
2 boiled eggs
Black pepper
Salt
Mayonnaise
Process
First of all, I boiled the eggs for 15 minutes. I need hard boiled eggs. So therefore I give them a good time. After that I checked the. They were boiled well. So I let them cool so I can peel them. Here I peel them and squash them in small pieces.
Now I added mayonnaise in this. It was about 3 table spoon. So the eggs can dipped very well.
Here I added half table spoon black pepper. And then a very little amount of salt. And here we go.
Now I have to mix it. I mixed it with the help of spoon. I squash them untill it was in very small parts. When it was crushed well, I left it for 5 minutes in fridge.
Here my filling was ready. I took my breads. I cut the edges of every bread. We cut it because I was making white club sandwich so I don't wants any extra color.
Here I started to filled the eggs in the one side of bread and put the other bread on it. So I repeat the process on the e breada and the other 3 used to cover them.
Here it was ready. I picked up my knife and cut each of them from the middle to give it triangle shape. And here it was done.
When I was adding the layer I used mayonnaise to let them attached.
Finally look of my yummy club sandwich
