Another beautiful day. I walked around the park for a while and sat in the shade and enjoyed the sunshine. After work I went for a drink with my colleague.
Pakistan won convincingly against Bangladesh today at the world cup. Pakistan made 315 runs and Shaheen Afridi broke the spine of Bangladesh with magnificent 6 wickets. In the end Bangladesh were all out for 221 runs. Pakistan played some excellent cricket in the later half of the league stage but it was too late and New Zealand sneaked into the semifinals on net run rate.
