Hello Hive
Here is our emerging beans pods already. It took only about a week plus to have some sprouting beans from our last update. This is typically some of the green beans we often harvest and eat fresh but these ones are still tiny, maybe in just about a week or two from now they may will be more matured for harvest as fresh beans.
There is nothing much to do for now rather than continually observing the beans for insect invasion. Most times beans is often attacked by insects that eats up the leaves and flowers, this often happens during the flowering stage like this.
There are insecticide in the agro stores that has been manufactured for such but most times we prefer to observe the beans first wether they will be attacked or not. It's not advisable to be heavily dependent on herbicides and insecticide. We try to use such only when it is absolutely necessary.
Our beans are absolutely healthy for now with no sign of insect invasion. Meanwhile we are planting more beans today and have sent for some seeds. Since this particular beans are doing well with no issues it gives me the interest to plant more of this specie. There are different kinds of beans like I will always say. Different people prefer planting different specie but ever since I got this very black eyes peas that is good for both farming and eating, we have stayed stuck with this one.
Flowering and seed production will be continuous from now, there is no need for fertilizer and we have managed to keep the farm clean and free from grasses. There is nothing to bother the growth and maturity of this beans for now.
