Breaking the silence of the summer, I suddenly saw a strange sight. A large-sized cicada had come and sat on my lungi. With a very beautiful body, delicate wings and slender legs, it seemed to be sitting silently as my companion. The moment was made more charming by the light flickering of its transparent wings, which were sparkling in the light. It seemed as if it had found trust in me, so it was sitting comfortably without any fear. I also got the opportunity to take its photo. Because when you go to take photos of such insects in the forest, you can see that when you see a person, they jump away and run away and then hide behind a leaf. But fortunately, it came in front of me on its own, even on my lungi. The cicada usually sings and hides in the field, in the grass or on the branches of a tree, but it is really surprising that it suddenly chose my lungi as its seat. Its fearless presence filled me with a strange joy. It felt as if nature had come to me from very close by to tell me its sweet message.
This carefree attitude of the little creature taught me that, be it a human or an insect, a kind of fearlessness is born in everyone when they find a safe haven. The sight of this cricket sitting on my lungi was not just a moment, but a small sign of my sincere bond with nature.
