Today I have come to you with a photograph of a very beautiful little bird. Its name is Leptocoma zeylonica, which in Bengali we call the sunbird or flower-sucking bird. Many also know it as Tuntuni. Looking at its babies, it really feels like we are seeing the birth of a unique work of art in nature. Sunbirds are usually a small, brightly colored species, and their nests are very beautifully crafted. They build a nest like a long basket hanging from a tree branch. Inside that nest, their priceless treasure is the little babies wrapped in soft feathers. The babies are very helpless after birth. With their eyes closed, they can only move and expect food from their parents. However, one day, during a storm, this nest collapsed. I noticed that the babies could not find their mother. At such a moment, I extended a helping hand. I took the baby by the hand and moved it towards the branch of the tree. By then I saw the baby's guardian birds roaming around and calling. I thought to myself, I have extended my hand to help, God willing, these babies will not be lost. The babies will find their mother. I have given the two babies a chance to survive.
