So today when I came home tired from work, there was nothing cooked at home.l Two vegetable at home but I don't like either of them. And I didn't even feel like eating. So I thought there must be some potatoes in my house, so I went in kitchen and quickly took out the potatoes and made delicious potato parathas for myself, which relieved all my fatigue because I am a big foodie and I love to eat favorite food, so without wasting more time Let's go towards today's step-by-step procedure.

So, in the procedure, first I took the potatoes and boiled them for about five minutes. Then, when the potatoes were boiled, I peeled them and then mashed them.
After mashing them, I added all the spices like chili, salt, a little turmeric, and few green chilies.After adding all this spices, I mixed them well.
After mixing, I tested the spices and it seemed to be less salty to me, so I added salt again and mixed it all in. Then when I felt that the spice mixture was very good.
I took the flour, which was already kneaded and was lying in the refrigerator.
So I made two small balls of dough, rolled out both of them and filled one of the balls with potato masala, then placed the other ball on top of it and pressed it well to seal it.
After rolling it, I put the potato paratha on the pan and when it was cooked a little, I added oil to the other side and then added oil to the next side when one side of paratha cooked and cooked both sides well. When they turned light golden, I took the paratha out of the pan and placed it on a plate. Then I ate the delicious potato paratha which was very tasty. That's all for today.
