Hola comunidad de Hive espero que se encuentren bien hoy les vengo a compartir lo que fue mi día de staticos, Hoy como podrán ver toco día straddel entrenando fuerte esas progresiónes para seguir mejorando y poder cumplir con el objetivo de lograr tener la straddel lo más pulida que se puede, hicimos un poco de press de tuck.
También tuck advance aguantando lo que más se podía tratando de trabajar con la mejor postura posible aunque todavía falta seguir mejorando postura, resistencia, fuerza, seguimos constantemente entrenando fuerte para cumplir el objetivo, trabajamos lean planche en full con la mayor escapulacion posible, y para terminar unos intentos de straddel con la mejor postura posible, espero que les guste mi contenido, nos vemos en la siguiente publicidad, bendiciones para todos.🙏🏼SWC
