Hola amigos de la comunidad espero que se encuentren bien soy @morales-sw y el dÃa de hoy les quiero compartir unas imágenes de lo que a sido mi progresos en los estáticos, como stradeer, backlever a una mano, gracias a los entrenamientos he logrado realizar los estáticos no mejor técnica pero poco a poco he mejorado seguiré trabajando full en los básicos y en las técnicas para lograr un stradeer al 100% y seguir avanzando, pronto voy por el Hefesto y el frontlever, nos vemos en una nueva publicación 🔥💪 SWC
