Wednesday walk, visiting the Carmelite convent via El Manzano, Venezuela [ESP/ENG]

Today I will tell you about a trip I took a few days ago to a cloistered convent, where nuns and priests who have the Carmelite charism study. It is a mixed convent located about thirty minutes away from my city of Barquisimeto by car.
I went in the car of a friend who invited me. She wanted to do the holy hour at that convent, and it was her first time visiting. The road to the convent is quite green with incredible vegetation. The road is a little deteriorated, but it is very welcoming. While traveling, I took advantage of the opportunity to contemplate the nature that surrounds the entire road.
When we arrived at the site, we had to climb to the top, where the convent is located. We were going to spend Holy Hour at the convent of the knights, but we made a mistake and ended up at the convent of the ladies. We went back to the men's convent until we found it.
I wanted to climb the hill a little with one of my friends on foot. It was a bit tiring, but we managed to climb up and contemplate the whole town and the mountains from the top. It really has an incredible view.
When we managed to get in, because it is closed off due to being a cloistered convent, it is only open to the public on Wednesdays for holy hour, I was impressed. It is very beautiful and quite spacious, with a silence where you can only hear the birds singing. All around the walls are different messages from saints and nuns, and there is also furniture for them to sit and meditate and listen to the voice of the Lord.
What I loved most was the view, the cars passing by on the highway, the people walking on foot, and the houses along the road looking tiny. There is a lot of vegetation, even though the terrain looks a bit arid.

Hola queridos amigos de la comunidad de @Wednesdaywalk , gusto en saludarlos, hoy una vez más me uno a la excelente iniciativa de la caminata de los días miércoles del amigo @tattoodjay Sean todos bienvenidos a mi blog.
Hoy les comentare sobre un paseo que realice hace unos días a tras a un convento de clausura, donde estudian las monjas y los sacerdotes que tienen el carisma carmelita. Es un convento mixto que está a una distancia de mi ciudad de Barquisimeto, aproximadamente treinta minutos de distancia en carro.
Fui en el vehículo de una amiga que me invito, ella quería hacer la hora santa en ese convento, era la primera vez que lo visitaba. La carretera para llegar a este convento es bastante verde con una vegetación increíble, el camino esta un poco deteriorado, sin embargo la vía es muy acogedora, mientras viajaba proveche de contemplar la naturaleza, que rodea todo el camino.
Al llegar al sitio tuvimos que subir a la cima, ahí se encuentra el convento, donde íbamos hacer la hora santa era en el convento de los caballeros, pues nos equivocamos y llegamos al de las damas, nos regresamos al de hombre hasta que lo conseguimos.
Quise subir un poco el cerro con una de mis amigas a pie, fue un poco cansón pero logramos subir y contemplar todo el pueblo y las montañas desde la cima, de verdad que tiene una vista increíble.
Cuando logramos entrar porque es todo cerrado por ser de clausura, solo lo abren al público los miércoles para la hora santa, quede impresionada, muy lindo y bastante espacioso con un silencio que solo escuchas la voz de los pájaros y por todo los alrededores n las paredes tienen diferentes mensajes de santos y monjas, también tiene muebles para que ellos se sienten a meditar y puedan escuchar la voz del señor.
Lo que más me encanto fue la vista, los carros que pasan por la carretera, las personas que caminan a pie y las casas d la vía se ven pequeñitos. Mucha vegetación a pesar de que se ve como un poco árido el terreno.
