There are stories that I think raise very well the transition from adolescence and adulthood, a time of deep fears because you still do not have the experience of knowing the world and the way of being people, The Nutcracker manages to convey all of the above as a kind of metamorphosis that as a story is very entertaining to watch and adds a very nice learning or reflection throughout the adventure.
