Ghosting: A Silent Door to Peace .

Do some relationships end without a word? No explanation, no final words? Just realizing one day that the other person is gone. Many see it as betrayal or neglect or cruelty, but I gradually realized that ghosting is not always bad. Sometimes it is a form of self-defense, sometimes it is a courageous step towards peace of mind.

There have been times in my life when the bond called relationship has become just a tiring burden. Daily misunderstandings, useless fights and unwanted drama seemed to take away my inner peace. I tried to explain, to agree, to find solutions, but in the end I realized that some relationships are really made to end. That's when I had to choose to walk away silently. There is no drama, no hurt, just walking away silently. Many may call it harshness, but for me it was a way to find inner peace because not every fight has to be fought, some battles can only be avoided.

Ghosting does not always mean hurting others, but many times it is a decision to save yourself. It may seem like a puzzle to others why the communication suddenly stopped? But the reality is that when we want to get out of unwanted turmoil and mental pain, silence is the most powerful answer.

Not every door in life can be closed beautifully, but some doors have to be closed silently because explaining may start another round of drama and no one has the time or mental energy for that drama.

So I think that ghosting is never bad, but it is a kind of silent goodbye where the intention is not to hurt but to protect one's inner peace. It may not be the easy way, but sometimes it becomes the most beautiful solution.
