Hola amigos de @HiveOpenMic, tengan todos un saludo y espero que hayan pasado una linda semana. Para la presentación de esta semana con la temática Sirenas, tuve que buscar en Youtube porque no recordaba ninguna canción que viniera a fin con el tema. Y en la búsqueda realizada encontré una que me llamó mucho la atención y es la canción "Sirenas" de La Oreja de Van Gogh.
Este tema musical pertenece al álbum Un susurro en la Tormenta. Este tema tiene la peculiaridad que no trata precisamente sobre las sirenas que habitan en el mar sino sobre esas otras que cuando suenan es porque traen consigo noticias no muy alentadoras. En este caso está canción está dedicada al atentado que ocurrió en San Sebastián. Se basa fundamentalmente en contar la historia de lo sucedido para que no sea olvidada. Cómo dice su letra en este caso las sirenas trajeron dolor y sufrimiento a la población. El canto de estas sirenas no se pueden olvidar por la tragedia tan grande que trajo consigo. Pidiendo al cielo que no pase nunca más.
La Oreja de Van Gogh es una agrupación musical de origen español, que toca canciones del género musical pop rock. Esta agrupación fue conformada en el año 1996. Dentro de sus integrantes se encontraba Amaia Montero, destacando por su voz tan particular y melódica, dejando una huella y siendo capaz de ser reconocido al instante.
