Hello, greetings to everyone, how are you?
I haven't been out taking photos for several days, but it's not for any bad reason, quite the contrary: I've been spending time editing the photos I took recently and had saved on my computer. I don't want them to pile up indefinitely, but rather I intend to share them little by little with the community. Some are portraits that I really liked at the time and have left to rest.
About a month ago, my photography career took a 180-degree turn, largely thanks to what I learned in the Witness documentary photography fellowship, and I am delighted to share this learning process with you. Here are the photos...
These snapshots 📸 are my submission for the #monomad challenge by @monochromes and @brumest.
Some of the portraits were taken during the procession of the Virgin of Mercy in Old Havana; others were taken at the same time while I was walking through the surrounding streets. Hola, saludos a todos, ¿qué tal están?
Llevo varios días sin salir a la calle a hacer fotos, pero no es por nada malo, todo lo contrario: he dedicado tiempo a editar las fotos que había hecho recientemente y que tenía guardadas en el ordenador. No quiero que se me acumulen por tiempo indefinido, sino que pretendo ir compartiéndolas poco a poco con la comunidad. Algunos son retratos que en su momento me gustaron mucho y que he dejado descansar.
Hace aproximadamente un mes, mi carrera fotográfica dio un giro de 180 grados, en gran parte gracias a lo aprendido en la beca de fotografía documental Witness, y me complace enormemente hacerles partícipes de este proceso de aprendizaje. Aquí les comparto las fotos...
Algunos de los retratos se hicieron durante la procesión de la Virgen de las Mercedes en La Habana Vieja; otros, al mismo tiempo, mientras caminaba por las calles de los alrededores. Bueno, amigos, espero que les hayan gustado las imágenes. Como siempre, estaré pendiente de sus comentarios. Me despido y les deseo mucha suerte y prosperidad.
