The sporting event for high school / vocational students will be opened by the Secretary General (Secretary General) of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) RI, Didik Suhardi Ph.D.
The opening will be colored by mass dances by thousands of dancers, who are the offerings of students from various schools in Aceh.
The mass dance will feature a collaboration of various cultural dances that exist and grow in Aceh, such as a combination of Saman, Guel, Ratoh Jaroe, Seudati, to Rapai.
The O2SN will take place August 25-31, 2019. Five sports that will be competed are athletics, swimming, pencak silat, badminton, and karate.
"The opening will be enlivened by a mass dance, as our host hopes the event will be a success. The O2SN will be attended by around two thousand participants from various provinces throughout Indonesia, they will compete for a medal.
While the match locations have also been prepared in various available venues, such as Harapan Bangsa Stadium to Mata Ie Raider Swimming Pool.
