In the world there are many types of oppressions, to detail them all would be exhausting, but we are going to take these words not on the side of physical, social or political oppression but the spiritual; in that sense we ourselves are our greatest enemies since we keep ourselves captive involuntarily by not understanding that someone already died for us to pay for our sins, not to accept that and what it means is to remain a prisoner in the earthly world.
The testimony of the person who masterfully interpreted this song (Julio Melgar) days before dying of cancer is an example of what we mentioned in the previous paragraph; being a person dedicated to religious or doctrinal life does not guarantee that we will not suffer from the pains and tragedies of everyday life, life is definitely full of good and bad moments but understanding that everything is part of a process is key, it means accepting that definitely the perfect life only exists next to God in eternal life.
This song has wonderful lyrics that invites us to stop being afraid and to give our heart to God because from the moment we are born we are in His arms and He definitely loves us, we are the ones who have the key to free ourselves from earthly oppressions, we just have to understand that God is the way, the truth and the life.

En el mundo existen muchos tipos de opresiones, ponernos a detallarlas todas sería agotador, pero nosotros vamos a llevar estas palabras no por el lado de la opresión física, social o política sino la espiritual; en ese sentido somos nosotros mismos nuestros mayores enemigos ya que nos mantenemos cautivos involuntariamente al no entender que ya alguien murió por nosotros para pagar por nuestros pecados, no aceptar eso y lo que significa es mantenerse prisionero en el mundo terrenal.
El testimonio de la persona que magistralmente interpretó esta canción (Julio Melgar) días antes de morir de cáncer es un ejemplo de lo que mencionamos en el párrafo anterior; ser una persona entregada a la vida religiosa o doctrinal no nos garantiza que no vamos a padecer de los dolores y tragedias del día a día, la vida definitivamente esta llena de buenos y malos momentos pero entender que todo es parte de un proceso es clave, significa aceptar que definitivamente la vida perfecta solo existe al lado Dios en la vida eterna.
Esta canción goza de una letra maravillosa que nos invita a dejar de tener miedo y a entregar nuestro corazón a Dios ya que desde el momento en el que nacimos estamos en sus brazos y Él definitivamente nos ama, somos nosotros quienes tenemos la llave para liberarnos de las opresiones terrenales, solo tenemos que entender que Dios es el camino, la verdad y la vida.
