If there is something very likely and practically certain in life is that we will reach old age, of course, this is if we stay healthy but for the purposes of this post let's assume that this will be the case. Perhaps you will agree with us that it is scary to reach those instances of life and feel fragile and vulnerable, if there is something that the human being appreciates is independence and self-sufficiency but as the years go by these elements are gradually lost, so it is very likely that you should be cared for or at least someone should be aware of you.
What we say above is not with the intention of depressing you, it is just that the song we bring you today is about the dedication of a son to his father, who has seen him grow old over the years and observes how the body and mood of his father is getting slower and heavier, things that are normal as we age but what we like about this song in the way in which the author expresses himself about it.
"Mi viejo" is a song by the Italian actor and singer-songwriter Piero that was released in the album that bears the same name of the song in 1969, more than 50 years have passed but the song is still in the Hispanic musical orbit, we believe it is because of the feelings of sadness, nostalgia or memories that it brings to whoever listens to it.

Si hay algo muy probable y prácticamente seguro en la vida es que llegaremos a viejos, claro, esto si nos mantenemos saludables pero para efectos de este post asumamos que así será. Quizá estarás de acuerdo con nosotros en que da miedo llegar a esas instancias de la vida y sentirse frágiles y vulnerables, si hay algo que aprecia el ser humano es la independencia y la autosuficiencia pero a medida que pasan los años estos elementos se van perdiendo paulatinamente, por lo que es muy probable que debas ser atendido o por lo menos alguien debe estar pendiente de ti.
Lo que decimos anteriormente no es con la intensión de deprimirlos, es solo que la canción que hoy les traemos trata de la dedicatoria de un hijo a su padre, quien lo ha visto envejecer con el pasar de los años y observa como el cuerpo y el ánimo de su padre se va poniendo cada vez mas lento y pesado, cosas que son normales cuando envejecemos pero lo que nos gusta de esta canción en la manera en la que el autor se expresa al respecto.
"Mi viejo" es una canción del actor y cantautor italiano Piero que fue lanzada en álbum que lleva el mismo nombre de la canción del año 1969, ya han pasado mas de 50 años pero la canción sigue estando en la órbita musical hispana, creemos que es por los sentimientos de tristeza, nostalgia o recuerdos que trae a quien la escucha.
