The highlight of my three-part travelogue to Tennessee I have reserved for the conclusion. Because of course we also visited the home of the King: Elvis Presley's Graceland.
Der King bezog das Haus im Jahre 1957. Am 16. August 1977 wurde er in Graceland tot in seinem Badezimmer aufgefunden und später auf dem Gelände des Anwesens beerdigt.
The King moved into the house in 1957. On August 16, 1977, he was found dead in his bathroom in Graceland and later buried in the grounds of the estate.
Die Besucher Gracelands können eine Audio-Tour durch das Anwesen absolvieren. Diese führt durch die Wohnräume und Küche des Hauses sowie durch den im Keller gelegenen Fernseh- und Billardraum mit Bar.
Visitors to Graceland can do an audio tour of the property. This leads through the living rooms and kitchen of the house as well as through the basement located TV and billiard room with bar.
Speisen wie der King - zum Abschluss ein leckeres Essen, natürlich im Cadillac :)
