I’ve been away from Hive for a while but I’m ready to get back to posting somewhat regularly like I did before.
I’m back to running every now and then but I’ve been unable to beat my personal best time for a long time. I was always a couple seconds of pace no matter how hard I tried, but today I decided to go all out after a couple days of resting. Ended up saving up 10 seconds for every km I ran. Which is quite a nice improvement, I ended my 5K 50 seconds before my last personal best.
Now that I’m finishing my 5K with a decent pace it is time to go for the big objective of doing a 10K in under one hour. I still need to drop a few kilos before I start going from my usual 5 Km runs to 10 Km runs instead.
