Based on the chibi body sketch, I drew Phillipa's picture. I drew almost her whole body except the foot part. Then, the drew the wood table in front of Phillipa. So, her lower body part I drew are covered by wood table.
After that, I painted the wood table with light yellow and orange colour. For the background, I painted it with brown colour. At the top, I also wrote the name of R148 Phillipa with red colour.
For her picture, her clothes are just white, so I just added a few shading with light grey and light yellow colour on some parts of her uniform. I also added a few shading with light grey colour on her hat. I painted her skin with fair skin colour. For her eyes, I painted them with orange and black colour. Finally, I completed the picture of R148 Phillipa.
